摘  要:目的评估ATP生物荧光检测试剂用于评价医疗器械清洗效果的可行性。方法采用ATP水样检测拭子和检测试剂盒,分别对三类医疗器械清洗效果进行检测与评价。结果采用ATP水样检测拭子和检测试剂盒分别检测超声清洗的医疗器械,去除率分别为99.80%和99.91%;两种ATP荧光检测试剂对三类(复杂结构、管腔和实体)医疗器械清洗后的测试结果对数值的相关系数依次分别为0.962、0.973、0.955(P<0.01)。结论两种ATP荧光检测试剂测试结果相关性较好,ATP水样检测拭子更适用于清洗现场ATP测试。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of ATP biofluorescence detection reagent for evaluating the cleaning effect of medical devices.Methods ATP water sample test swab and test kit were used to test and evaluate the cleaning effect of three types of medical devices.Results ATP water sample test swab and test kit were used to detect medical devices cleaned by ultrasonic,and the removal rates were 99.80%and 99.91%,respectively.Two kinds of ATP fluorescence detection reagents were used for three types(complex structure,lumen and solid)of medical devices,and the correlation coefficients for logarithmic values of the devices test results were 0.962,0.973 and 0.955,respectively(P﹤0.01).Conclusion The test results of the two ATP fluorescence detection reagents have a good correlation,and the ATP water sample detection swab is more suitable for ATP testing of cleaning site.the ATP water sample detection swab is more suitable for cleaning the on-site test.
