摘　　要：石墨烯及其衍生物在生物医学领域发挥较大的作用,其在组织工程、生物制药、肿瘤治疗等方面的应用是主要的研究方向。本研究就其良好的生物相容性,促进干细胞成骨分化及低细胞毒性等,在组织工程领域的应用作一综述。Graphene and its derivatives play an important role in the field of biomedicine,especially in tissue engineering,biological drug delivery,tumor treatment and other fields are hot research fields.This paper reviews its good biocompatibility,promotion of osteogenic differentiation of stem cells and low cytotoxicity,and its application in the field of tissue engineering.
