摘 要:晋东煤炭基地是我国优质无烟煤的重要产区,是国家规划建设的14个大型煤炭基地之一。文章以国家能源局"国家大型煤炭基地开发潜力研究"数据为基础,通过对晋东煤炭基地开发现状的梳理,计算了晋东煤炭基地开发强度系数为0.5,产能利用率为82%,煤炭资源采出率为52.4%。根据计算结果,对晋东煤炭基地开发态势进行了分析预测:基地开发强度宜适度降低;基地煤炭采出率将有一定程度提高;基地产能及煤炭产量呈下降趋势,预计基地科学产能约为3.5亿t/a,产量约2.8亿t/a。提出了基地发展的建议,对晋东煤炭基地科学开采和可持续开发具有重要意义。Jindong coal base is an important production area of high-quality anthracite in China,which is one of the 14 coal bases planned and constructed by the state. The following parameters are calculated based on the data of National Large Coal Base Exploitation Potential Research of National Energy Administration,the exploitation intensity coefficient of Jindong coal base is 0. 5,the capacity utilization rate is 82%,and the coal recovery rate is 52. 4%. According to the calculation results,the exploitation intensity of Jindong coal base should be appropriately reduced,the coal recovery rate is expected to increase,while the production capacity and coal production tend to decline,the scientific production capacity is estimated to be 350 million t/a and the output is about 280 million t/a. It is of great significance for the scientific mining and sustainable exploitation of Jindong coal base.
