摘 要:原《煤矿井下排水泵站及排水管路设计规范》(GB 50451-2008)排水规范实施多年来,在保证矿井安全生产上起到了一定的作用。近几年煤矿排水的设计出现了一些新情况新经验,且为了与新的《煤矿安全规程》和《煤矿防治水规定》相适应,国家适时修订排水规范,以满足煤炭工业的快速安全发展。文章阐述了新规范修订条款的缘由,对正确理解和贯彻执行新的排水规范具有重要意义。修订后的新规范更符合我国煤矿井下排水的实际情况,实施后收到良好的社会效益和经济效益。The implementation of the former drainage code had played a certain role in ensuring the safe production of mines for many years. In recent years,there have been some new situations and experience in the design of coal mine drainage.Meanwhile,in order to adapt to the new Coal Mine Safety Regulations and Coal Mine Water Control Regulations,it is timely to revise the drainage regulations to meet the rapid and safe development of the coal industry. The new code will certainly receive good social and economic benefits,as it is more suitable to actual situation of underground coal mine drainage in China. In this paper,the reasons for the revision of the new clauses are explained,which helps to understand and implement of the new drainage regulations.
