摘 要:深井冻结需要设计应用高承载能力的井壁结构,井下现浇高强度混凝土是提高井壁承载能力较为可行的方法。设计应用大于C80混凝土井壁缺少相应规程和规范,缺少对混凝土轴心抗压强度设计值、轴心抗拉强度设计值、弹性模量等物理力学参数的取值规定。通过国内外混凝土结构设计规范、国内有关学者研究成果和为该研究开展的验证试验等综合研究,提出C80~C100轴心抗压强度、轴心抗拉强度设计值和标准值、弹性模量与泊松比等取值建议,为制定冻结法凿井井壁设计应用C80~C100混凝土技术规程和形成技术体系提供依据。It is necessary to design and apply the shaft lining structure with high bearing capacity in deep freezing shaft. The cast-in-place high strength concrete is feasible to improve the shaft lining bearing capacity. But there are no specification and code for the design and application of >C80 concrete lining,no regulations on the design values of concrete axial compressive strength,axial tensile strength,elastic modulus or other physical and mechanical parameters. So,it is of practical significance to study these parameters and their reasonable values for the design of shaft lining structure. Through the comprehensive research on the concrete structures design code at home and abroad,the research achievements of domestic scholars and the related verification tests,some suggestions are proposed on the design values and characteristic values of C80 ~ C100 axial compressive strength,axial tensile strength,elastic modulus and Poisson ’ s ratio,which can provide a basis to formulate technical specification and form technical system of applying C80 ~ C100 concrete in frozen shaft lining design.
