摘  要:风量调节方式作为煤矿主通风机安全高效、节能环保运行的关键因素之一,在煤矿的安全、经济运行中起着举足轻重的作用。文章分析对比了采用不同调节风量控制方法的节能方案,提出了采用变频调速控制技术的节能方案,并阐明了变频调速节能原理。然后结合目前变频器在煤矿应用过程中存在的潜在不安全因素,设计了一种基于S7-300PLC的变频-旁路工频风机控制系统并进行了验证,验证结果表明,风机控制系统运行可靠,不误动、不拒动,安全性高。通过实际应用案例,对该风机控制系统的应用效果进行了综合评价,评价结果表明,该控制系统应用效果良好,在调度室实现了集控,实现对风机的在线实时监控,达到了减人提效的目的。As one of the key factors of safe,efficient,energy-saving and environment-friendly operation of the main fan,air volume regulation plays an important role in the safe and economic operation of the coal mine. Firstly,the energy-saving schemes using different methods of air volume regulating control are analyzed and compared,and the energy-saving scheme using the variable frequency speed-regulating control is put forward. Secondly,combining with the potential unsafe factors in the application of frequency converter in coal mine,a control system of frequency conversion and bypass power frequency fan based on S7-300 PLC is designed and tested,the test results show that the fan control system is reliable,showing no misoperation,no rejection,and high security. Finally,application effect of the fan control system is comprehensively evaluated in actual application case,the result shows that,the effect is favorable,centralized control in dispatch room is realized,and the fan is monitored on-line in real-time,which help to downsize staffs and improve efficiency.
