摘 要:针对电缆卷放车运行中可能存在的电流型、电压型故障,设计了以STM32F103RCT6单片机控制单元为核心,集采集,判断,保护与查看功能于一体的电缆卷放车智能保护系统,实现了对电缆卷放车的可靠保护。由于传统的过电流保护方法在电缆卷放车出现电流故障时不能进行全面有效的保护,因此引入对称分量法作为保护的基本理论以检测电缆卷放车运行中的电流故障,通过测量电缆卷放车运行时的电流幅值、电流的零序、负序分量以及电压幅值,对电缆卷放车进行短路故障保护、断相故障保护、三相不平衡故障保护、单相接地故障保护、两相接地故障保护、欠电压故障保护以及过电压故障保护。为了将采集到电压、电流信号转变为单片机可以处理的单极性小信号,设计了信号调理电路,同时设计了保护系统的软件,包括数据采集处理、数据分析计算与检测判断、保护动作执行以及人机交互部分,实现了对电缆卷放车运行状态的判断和故障报警功能。试验结果表明,该保护装置符合保护要求。In view of the current and voltage faults in the operation of cable rewinding,an intelligent cable rewinding protection system is designed,which takes STM32 F103 RCT6 single-chip microcomputer control unit as the core and integrates the functions of collection,judgment,protection and inspection,to protect the cable rewinding vehicle. As the traditional overcurrent protection of cable rewinding vehicle is not capable to offer all-round protection in current failure,so the basic theory of symmetrical component method is introduced to detect current fault for the running cable rewinding vehicle,and provide short circuit fault protection,open phase protection,unbalanced three-phase fault protection,single-phase earth fault protection,two phase ground fault protection,under voltage fault protection and overvoltage protection by measuring the degree of over current runtime,zero sequence current,negative sequence component and low voltage and overvoltage. To collect the voltage,current signal into small signal with single polarity for single chip,the signal conditioning circuit,and the protection system software are designed,including data collection and processing, data analysis and calculation, fault detection,protection action,as well as the human-computer interaction,so the functions of running state judgment and fault alarm are realized. The test results show that the protection device meets the protection requirements.
