摘 要:针对矿用纯电动防爆车辆当前无法有效解决有限体积防爆动力电池比能量低、整车质量大、效率低等严重制约了车辆续航里程提升,困扰矿用电动车辆发展和推广的技术瓶颈问题,提出了多档位变速系统等节能技术有效解决提升矿用电动车辆续航的关键技术方法。文章对某矿用车辆配置多档位变速系统进行研究,研究表明:在防爆动力电池性能短期内无法大幅提升的现状下,采用多档位变速系统使得整车综合效率有效提高8.3%,平均续航里程增加20%,为设计研发安全高效的矿用电动车辆提供理论基础,促进了煤矿绿色、高效辅助运输行业的发展。Aiming at the technical bottlenecks that limit the mileage,and trouble the development and promotion of mine pure electric explosion-proof vehicles,such as the limited volume of explosion-proof power batteries,high vehicle weight,and low efficiency. The key technical methods to improve the endurance of mine electric vehicles,such as the multi-speed transmission system and the integration of the transmission system,are introduced. Research shows that under the current situation that the performance of explosion-proof power batteries cannot be greatly improved in short term,the above method can effectively reduce the overall vehicle weight by 8. 3%,and increase the average mileage by 20%. The study can provide a theoretical basis for electric vehicle design and promote the development of green and efficient auxiliary transportation in coal mines.
