摘 要:为了分析农户微观行为对农业创新的影响,构建了包含创新采纳、知识获取和可持续创新3个指标集的理论框架,利用河南省三门峡市246户农户的问卷调研数据,运用Tobit模型对农户年龄、家庭、种植规模、信贷、培训、务工等变量与农业创新驱动机制之间的关系进行检验,运用Probit模型进行验证。结果表明:扩大种植规模、信贷便利和加强培训促进农业创新,年龄老化和外出务工阻碍农业创新,家庭状况对农业创新没有明显影响。农户经营素质的结构性改善和强化农户社会网络的创新扩散能力能够进一步促进微观层面的农业创新。To analyze the impact of farmers’microscopic behavior on agricultural innovation,this study builds a theoretical framework including innovation adoption,knowledge acquisition and sustainable innovation.Using 246 peasant households of questionnaire survey data in Sanmenxia City of Henan Province,this study tests the relationship of growing age,family size,credit,training and migrant workers and other variables between the driving mechanism of agricultural innovation by using Tobit model,and also validates the results by using Probit model.The results show that expansion of planting scale,credit facilities and training are conducive to agricultural innovation,while aging and out-migrating for work hindered agricultural innovation,and the situation of farmers’families had no obvious influence on agricultural innovation.The structural improvement of farmers’operating quality and the diffusion of innovation in farmers’social network can further promote the improvement of agricultural innovation at micro level.
