摘　　要：“新工科”是中国高等教育改革发展新方向,符合我国战略发展新态势、国际竞争新形势、立德树人新要求,为我国经济转型和社会发展提供强有力的人才保障和智力支撑。新工科背景下加强制药工程专业学生创新能力培养,不仅是时代和社会发展、个体成才与全面发展的要求,也是高等教育改革和新工科建设发展的需要。从人才培养目标制定、课程体系优化、教学模式转变、校园文化建设、多元化实践锻炼平台搭建五个方面,探索了新工科背景下制药工程学专业学生创新能力的培养策略。New Engineering is the new direction of China’s higher educational reform,which is in line with the new trend of China’s strategic development,the new situation of international competition and the new requirements for moral education.It provides strong talent security and intellectual support for China’s economic transformation and social development.Under the background of new engineering,strengthening the cultivation of the innovative abilities of pharmaceutical engineering students is not only the requirement of times and social development,individual talents and all-round development,but also the need of higher educational reform and new engineering construction development.This paper explores the cultivation of students’innovative abilities under the background of new engineering from five aspects:talent training objectives,curriculum system optimization,teaching mode transformation,campus culture construction and diversified practice platform building.
