人本主义教育观视域下的高校思政课教学改革探究

摘  要:在诸多高校思政课教学改革探索中,人本主义教育观为高校思政课教学改革提供了有价值、启发性的独特教学视角。它的核心理念与新时代高校思政课教学改革要求有诸多相通之处。因此,吸收借鉴人本主义教育观中的有益成分,探索在高校思政课教学改革中进一步实践“以学生为中心”理念、充分理解和满足学生的求知需要,借鉴“非指导性教学”方法、构建长效统一教学效果评价体系,对落实思政课的“八个统一”要求,增强大学生的使命担当意识,实现铸魂育人的根本目标具有积极的促进作用。In the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in universities,humanistic education provides a valuable and enlightening perspective for the reform.There are many similarities between the concept of humanistic education and the requirements for ideological and political theory course reform.Therefore,it is positive to draw on the beneficial elements of humanistic education in exploring ways to further implement the student-centered conceptfully,understand and meet students’needs for knowledge,better employ the“non-guiding teaching”method,and successfully build a long-term and effective teaching evaluation system,which can help to satisfy the“eight unity”requirements for ideological and political theory courses,enhance the quality and ability of college students,and realize the fundamental goals of the moral education.
