摘　　要：就业困难毕业生是高校毕业生中需要关注的群体,做好就业困难毕业生的精准帮扶工作不仅关系学生的就业前景,更关系到高等教育健康持续发展以及社会和谐稳定等重要方面。本文从就业困难毕业生精准帮扶的概念入手,分析了就业困难毕业生的类型,进一步研究了就业困难毕业生精准帮扶的原则,从建立精准审核认定机制、建立精准帮扶工作体系、精准经济帮扶机制、精准心理帮扶机制、精准技能帮扶机制五个方面提出了高校就业困难毕业生精准帮扶的长效机制。Graduates with employment difficulties are a special group of students who need more concern.Accurate assistance is related not only to the employment prospects of these students,but also to the healthy and sustainable development of higher education,harmonious and stable society,and so on.This article discusses the concept of accurate assistance,analyzes the types of graduates with employment difficulties,studies the principles of accurate assistance,and establishes a long-term accurate auditing,identifying and assisting mechanism to help those students economically,psychologically and professionally.
