摘  要:为了优化铁矿石配矿方案,降低炼铁生产成本,采取了从铁矿石到铁水的全流程理论计算,对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司9种常用外购粉矿的技术和经济性进行了研究与评价。通过探索优化配矿方案并进行成本测算,得出吨铁成本可降低12~14元,但研究结果仍需工业的验证和修正。In order to optimize the ore-blending scheme for iron ores and reduce the ironmaking cost,the economy of 9 kinds of commonly used outsourced fine ores in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.was technically studied and evaluated by theoretical calculation over the complete flow process from treating iron ores to smelting molten iron.By studying and optimizing the ore-blending scheme and then calculating the cost,it was concluded that the cost per ton of iron could be reduced by 12 Yuan to 14 Yuan.However,the study results still need to be verified and revised by industrial production in practice.
