摘　　要：针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼焦总厂焦炉集气管压力不稳定且波动大的情况,分析了系统存在的问题。通过改造控制系统软硬件,实现了集气管压力的自动解耦控制,新系统集气管压力波动范围减小,能够在设定值周围稳定运行,同时减少了焦炉装煤、出焦时鼓盖冒烟的情况。In allusion to the situation that the pressure from gas collectors to the coke oven in General Coking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.was unstable and in great fluctuation,the troubles occurred in the system were analyzed.By upgrading the software and hardware for the control system,the automatic decoupling control for the pressure from gas collectors was achieved.Therefore the fluctuation range of the pressure from gas collectors in the new system was lowered,which enabled the gas collectors to operate stably around the set values.At the same time,the smoke-rising from the drum cover in coal charging and coke discharging to and from coke oven was reduced.
