摘  要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司5号2580 m^3高炉炉况不稳定的问题,借助炉顶热像仪成像、激光测料面及高炉数字化检测等手段对炉况进行了诊断分析,通过采取调整布料制度、形成焦炭"挡墙",降低球团比例、减少滚动效应,校对机械探尺、构筑合理布料平台,增大风量、提高鼓风动能,缩小风口长度,增加边缘气流等措施,实现了高炉的稳定顺行和产量提升,并对高炉未来的调整提出展望。In allusion to the problem that the operating condition of the No.52580 m^3 blast furnace(BF)in Angang Steel was unstable,the BF condition was analyzed based on the diagnosis by means of the thermal imager on furnace top,charge level measurement with laser and digital detection for the BF.By taking measures such as adjusting the charging system to build the coke retaining wall,decreasing pellet ratio to reduce a scrolling effect,proofreading a mechanical probe ruler to construct a reasonable charging platform,increasing the blast quantity to improve the blast kinetic energy and reducing the length of tuyeres to increase the airflow around the edge,the smooth and stable operation of the BF and production increasing were achieved.And at last adjusting the BF in the future was forecast.
