摘  要:鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂为了有效控制高钛焊丝钢ER70S-G成品氮含量,通过采取控制转炉出钢碳含量范围,出钢半钢弱脱氧,控制LF加热时间等措施,降低了各工序钢水增氮量,该钢种铸坯氮含量降至50×10^-6以下,成材率由95.8%提高至100%。In order to effectively control the content of nitrogen in a finished product of the ER70S-G welding wire steel containing high Ti,such measures as controlling the content range of carbon in molten steel during tapping from converter,using weak deoxidation process during the first half of tapping from converter and controlling the heating time in LF process were taken.And then the content of increased nitrogen in molten steel at every working procedure was reduced,the content of N in the casting blank was reduced to below 50×10^-6 and the yield rate of finished products was increased to 100%from 95.8%.
