摘 要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司线材厂Ф23.0 mm冷镦钢盘条表面质量控制难度大的问题,分析了盘条表面质量缺陷的产生原因。提出了改变导卫装置、优化粗中轧铁型尺寸,以及利用Minitab软件进行多因子回归分析的控制方式,建立并完善了《Ф23.0 mm盘条生产控制预案》,从而解决了盘条表面质量缺陷问题。In view of the problem that the surface quality of theФ23.0 mm cold heading steel wire rod in Wire Rod Mill of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.was hard to control,the causes leading to surface defects of the wire rod were analyzed.And then these countermeasures such as changing the guide device,optimizing the size of swages during rough rolling and intermediate rolling and using the control method by application of Minitab software for carrying out multifactorial regression analysis were taken.And also the Control Plan for ProducingФ23.0 mm Steel Wire Rod was formulated and improved.At last the problem in terms of the surface defects of the wire rod was solved.
