摘  要:DG水电站主厂房蜗壳二期混凝土施工工期紧、难度大、制约因素多,如何在保证混凝土施工质量的前提下,加快施工进度是本工程的难点。结合本工程的场地施工条件、现有设备的工作特点,通过对以往常规施工方法改进创新,采取最优的施工工序与工艺,顺利完成了厂房1号机组蜗壳二期混凝土施工,既保证了混凝土施工质量,又加快了施工进度,为来年首台机组发电既定目标的顺利实现迈出了跨越性的一步。The construction of the second-stage concrete of spiral case in DG Hydropower Station is of great difficulties such as the tight schedule,complicated process and various constraining factors.It is important to speed up the construction progress while ensuring the quality.Considering the specific field conditions and the working characteristics of the existing equipment,the conventional construction methods are improved.With the optimized construction technology and process,the construction of the second-stage concrete of the spiral case for the No.1 unit is successfully completed.The construction quality is guaranteed and the construction schedule is accelerated,which provides a solid basis and a leap step for the realization of the first unit production goal in the next year.
