摘  要:西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)是珍稀濒危的淡水鱼类之一,其野生种主要分布在俄罗斯境内鄂毕河至科雷马河之间的西伯利亚各河流之中。西伯利亚鲟具有个体大、寿命长、生长速度快、养殖经济价值高等特点。西伯利亚鲟的人工培育一般先采用水蚯蚓开口,再进行人工颗粒饲料的转口,而直接采用人工颗粒饲料开口的技术性强、难度大。本文以第五代西伯利亚鲟鱼苗为试验对象,研究其在不同密度下使用进口全人工颗粒饵料的开口情况,并将试验结果进行了总结分析,以期推进产业化应用。Siberian sturgeon(Acipenser baerii)is one of the rare and endangered freshwater fishes,and its wild species is mainly distributed in the Siberian rivers between The Obie river and The Korema River in Russia.Siberian sturgeon has the characteristics of large individual,long life,fast growth and high economic value of aquaculture.The artificial breeding of Siberian sturgeons generally adopts the opening of earthworm in water first and then the re-export of artificial granule feed,while the direct adoption of artificial granule feed opening is of strong technology and great difficulty.In this paper,the fifth generation of Siberian sturgeon larvae was used as the experimental object to study the situation of using imported artificial granulated bait at different densities,and the experimental results were summarized and analyzed in order to promote the industrial application.
