摘 要:C型LNG船的独立液货舱通常会根据液货舱晃荡情况设置制荡舱壁,制荡舱壁与独立液货舱的连接形式通常有弹性连接和刚性连接。弹性连接相对于刚性连接既能降低晃荡载荷对独立液货舱的间接影响,又能降低制荡舱壁处的热应力,但是,弹性连接构件上通常会存在较大的应力。以某C型LNG运输船的独立液货舱为例,对比分析几种常见的连接形式的受力特点,并采用有限元直接计算的方法,分析在晃荡载荷作用下的各连接形式应力计算结果,确定相对理想的连接形式。Generally,the swash bulkhead is arranged in type C cargo tank due to the sloshing and impact of liquid cargo.The swash bulkhead is generally connected to type C cargo tank by the spring supports or rigidity supports.Compared to the rigidity supports,the spring supports can decrease the stress of cargo tank near the swash bulkhead caused by the sloshing load and low temperature shrink,but the stress of spring supports could be a problem.The subject provided several types of connections and compared the load conditions of them.For a certain type C cargo tank,finite element analysis of these connections under the same sloshing load was provided and also the results of the calculations were compared.The better connection between swash bulkhead and type C cargo tank was selected.
