摘　　要：新时代,公立医院建立健全现代医院管理制度,需要党建引领。广东省人民医院以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,认真贯彻落实中共中央办公厅《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》,总结多年的公立医院党建经验,创新性提出中国特色的现代医院管理制度就是党建引领下的现代管理+中国智慧,并开展了一系列卓有成效地探索。In the new era,the establishment and improvement of modern hospital management system in public hospitals requires the guidance of construction of the Communist Party of China. Guided by the thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital conscientiously implemented the General Office of the CPC Central Committee’s Opinions on Strengthening Construction of Communist Party of China in Public Hospitals,summed up the experience in CPC construction in public hospitals for many years,and put forward the modern hospital management system with Chinese characteristics,which is the Chinese wisdom plus modern management under the CPC construction,and carried out a series of effective explorations.
