摘　　要：目的探索综合医院产科急诊防治经呼吸道传播的高传染性、高致病性疾病的经验和方法。方法通过对新冠疫情期间广东省某综合性医院急诊内科、外科、妇产科等各专科就诊的人次以及在产房阴道分娩人数等资料进行统计分析,了解疫情对综合医院产科急诊是否有影响。结果综合医院急诊内科、外科、妇产科和其他专科急诊就诊人次均有一定降幅。在妇产科急诊人次中,产科急诊的降幅相比妇科急诊较小,且占妇产科急诊人次的比例较往年升高,提示产科急诊受疫情的影响较妇科急诊略小。结论凸显了大型综合医院急诊各专科中急诊产科的特殊性,以及疫情期间对急诊的产科就诊流程进行改造的必要性,和该大型综合性院新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间对产科实施防疫管理的有效性。Objective To explore the experience in and methods for prevention and treatment of highly infectious and highly pathogenic diseases transmitted by the respiratory tract in the obstetric emergency department of the general hospital. Methods A statistical analysis was carried out on the number of patients who visited on the departments of internal medicine emergency,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology and the number of parturients who went through the vaginal delivery in the delivery room of a general hospital in Guangdong Province during the COVID-19,so as to investigate whether the pandemic had an impact on the obstetric emergency department. Results The number of patients visiting the emergency department for emergencies in internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology and other conditions in the general hospital was decreased to a certain extent. In emergencies of obstetrics and gynecology,the number of patients visiting for obstetrical emergency was decreased to a smaller degree than the number for gynecological emergency and the proportion were increased higher,as compared to the number in previous years,suggesting that the obstetrical emergency was slightly less affected by the pandemic than the gynecological emergency. Conclusion Our study indicates both the particularity of emergency obstetrics in emergency departments of a large general hospital and the necessity of improving the procedures for visiting a doctor for emergency obstetrics during the pandemic. It proves its effectiveness in implementation epidemic prevention management in obstetrics department during the COVID-19.
