摘　　要：目的建立基于第三方供应链物流延伸(Supply processing distribution,SPD)服务模式的医用耗材管理体系,实现耗材全生命周期的精细化管理。方法分析医院耗材管理现状及SPD模式存在的风险点,确定管理重点,改造业务流程。结果建成标准化的仓库,实现耗材用后结算的零库存管理,提高配送效率,降低医院运营成本。结论基于SPD模式的医用耗材全生命周期管理,促进耗材合理使用,保障医疗安全,提升管理与服务水平。Objective To establish a management system of medical consumables based on the third-party supply processing distribution( SPD) model so as to achieve life-cycle and full-process refined management. Methods The status of medical consumables management and the risk points in the SPD model were analyzed to determine management priorities and improve business processes. Results A standardized warehouse was built so that zero-inventory management was realized by prompt settlements of the consumables after use. The distribution efficiency was improved and the hospital costs dropped.Conclusion The life-cycle management of medical consumables based on SPD model can promote the rational use of medical consumables,ensure medical safety,and improve the quality of management and service.
