摘　　要：目的建立基于PPRR理论的新型冠状病毒肺炎护理应急管理方案。方法分析现行护理应急管理缺陷,将PPRR理论与护理应急管理相结合,建立COVID-19危机前护理预防、COVID-19危机前护理准备、COVID-19爆发期护理反应、COVID-19危机结束期护理恢复的具体方案。结果截止2020年3月25日,医院共收治新冠肺炎确诊病例101人,死亡1人,治愈出院97人,治愈率97.03%,死亡率0.99%,医护人员零感染。结论基于PPRR理论的护理应急管理方案可以使护理应急管理工作有序开展,增强护士应急能力,最大限度发挥护理专业能力,有效应对新型冠状病毒肺炎,也为类似突发公共卫生事件提供借鉴。Objective To work out an emergency management scheme for COVID-19 nursing based on PPRR theory.Methods Flaws in current nursing emergency management were analyzed so as to work out the scheme actually composed of nursing preparation and prevention before the COVID-19 crisis,nursing response during the outbreak of COVID-19 and nursing recovery during the end of COVID-19,by way of combining the PPRR theory with the nursing emergency management. Results By March 25,2020,101 cases confirmed with COVID-19 were admitted and treated in our hospital: one died,and 97 were cured and discharged,with the cure rate of 97. 03% and the death rate of 0. 99%. There was no case of infections among medical staff. Conclusion The nursing emergency management program based on PPRR theory is effective in putting the nursing management in order,enhance the emergency response capacity of nurses,maximize the nursing professional ability so as to effectively fight COVID-19,and provides reference to cope with such sudden public health emergencies.
