摘　　要：结合秦末汉初的历史背景,从刘邦项羽二人在政治道路、谋势谋子、民心士气、品德修养和都城选址五个方面的区别考察刘项二人所代表的利益集团及其阶级基础,对楚汉战争的胜败原因进行阶级分析和科学评价,从而得出结论代表人民的胜利才是真正的胜利,是正义的胜利。Considering the historical background of the late Qin and early Han Dynasties,this article investigates the interest groups and class basis represented by Liu Bang and Xiang Yu according to the differences in five aspects of political roads,plotting for the overall situation,popular support and morale,moral cultivation and capital site selection,conducts class analysis and scientific evaluation of the reasons of the victory and defeat of the Chu-Han War and concludes that the victory that represents the people is the real and just victory.
