野、藏、黑猪经济杂交与饲养制度试验

摘　　要：随着我国肉类消费市场的格局改变,地方猪种选育工作引起了重视。文章利用野猪、藏猪、本地黑猪生产杂交组合,测定亲本繁殖性能及F1代70日龄自然断奶期间的日增重。结果表明,不同模式下亲本繁殖性能,试验Ⅲ组最优,试验Ⅱ组次之,均高于试验Ⅰ组和对照组。试验Ⅰ组与对照组虽补饲情况不相同,但繁殖性能并无明显差异。70日龄内增重测定结果表明,试验Ⅲ组生长性能最优,试验Ⅱ组次之,均高于试验Ⅰ组和对照组。试验Ⅰ组与对照组初生窝均重并无显著差异,但因为补饲情况不同,试验Ⅰ组70日龄窝均重、70日龄个体平均日增重均极显著高于对照组,说明补饲对其生长性能影响极显著。统计实际销售数据表明,试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组虽然头均成本增加,但每条胴体售价更高,说明胴体重为38~52 kg的头均毛利比对照组效益显著。With the change of meat consumption market structure in China,local pig breed selection and breeding has attracted attention.The purpose of hybrid combinations in wild boar,Tibetan pig and local black pig is determination of parental reproduction performance and daily weight gain during natural weaning at 70-day-old F1 generation.The results show that the reproduction performance in different modes is the best in test groupⅢ,followed by test groupⅡ,which is higher than test groupⅠand control group.Although the supplementary feeding situation of the test groupⅠand the control group is different,there is no significant difference in reproductive performance.The 70-day-old daily weight gain measurement results show that the production performance of the test groupⅢis the best,followed by the test groupⅡ,which is higher than the test groupⅠand the control group.There is no significant difference between the test groupⅠand the control group in the average weight of the newborn litter.However,because of the different conditions of supplementary feeding,the average litter weight and the average daily gain of 70-day-old in test groupⅠwere higher than the control group.It shows that supplementary feeding has a significant impact on production performance.Statistical actual sales data shows that the carcasses sell for higher prices,although the average cost of test groupⅡandⅢincreased.It shows that the average gross profit of the carcass weight in 38-52 kg is more beneficial than the control group.
