摘 要:为了合理地调控畜禽养殖规模和生产布局,促进种植业与养殖业的良性循环发展,文章基于土壤养分平衡理论,根据《畜禽粪污土地承载力测算技术指南》测算了2017年吉林省及其各市(州)的农作物养分需求量及畜禽粪污土地承载力,并对环境风险进行评估。研究发现,在省域承载力具有较大发展空间的情况下,将研究单元缩小到市(州)时,四平、白山、延边朝鲜族自治州已经出现环境超载现象,其中白山市最为严重。因此,文章提出了缩小承载力计算尺度,优化种养生产布局;实施测土配方施肥,提高粪肥施用比例;通过种养结合实现粪污资源化利用等政策建议。In order to scientifically and reasonably regulate the scale and production layout of livestock and poultry breeding,and promote the virtuous cycle development of planting and breeding industry,based on the theory of soil nutrient balance,according to the technical guide for calculating the bearing capacity of livestock and poultry manure land,this paper estimates the demand for crop nutrients and the bearing capacity of livestock and poultry manure land in Jilin Province and its cities(prefectures)in 2017,and evaluates the environmental risk.It is found that when the research unit is reduced to cities(prefectures),Siping,Baishan and Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture have already appeared the phenomenon of environmental overload,of which Baishan City is the most serious.Therefore,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions,such as reducing the calculation scale of bearing capacity,optimizing the layout of planting and breeding production,implementing soil testing formula fertilization,improving the proportion of manure application,and realizing the resource utilization of manure and sewage through the combination of planting and breeding.
