长三角城市群物流业与工业耦合协调度评价

摘　　要：针对长三角地区物流业与工业发展不平衡、不协调的问题,以长三角地区16个城市为对象,对其2016年物流业与工业耦合协调度进行实证研究。以耦合理论为基础,分析物流业与工业之间的耦合机理,构建物流业与工业发展水平的耦合协调度模型。结果表明,虽然长三角城市群是中国最大的经济圈,但是其内部还是存在区域差距的。在16个城市中,物流业发展水平最高和最低的城市分别为上海市和舟山市。而工业发展得最好和最差的城市同样也是上海市和舟山市。上海市属于极度耦合协调类,说明在上海地区物流业和工业有着非常好的协调发展关系。物流业和工业发展水平耦合协调程度较低的绍兴市、泰州市、嘉兴市、台州市、湖州市和舟山市同样也是长三角地区发达程度较低的6个城市,因此,对这6个城市应当加强政策扶持,这样才有利于长三角地区一体化进程的顺利发展。In view of the unbalanced and uncoordinated development of logistics industry and industry in the Yangtze River Delta region,16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region are taken as the object to carry out an empirical study on the coordination degree of logistics industry and industry coupling in 2016.Based on the coupling theory,the coupling mechanism between logistics industry and industry is analyzed,and the coupling coordination degree model between logistics industry and industrial development level is constructed.The results show that although the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is the largest economic circle in China,there is still a regional gap within it.Of the 16 cities,the highest and lowest level of logistics development are Shanghai and Zhoushan.The best and worst industrial cities are also Shanghai and Zhoushan.Shanghai belongs to the category of extreme coupling coordination,which shows that the logistics industry and industry in Shanghai have a very good coordinated development relationship.Shaoxing City,Taizhou City,Jiaxing City,Taizhou City,Huzhou City and Zhoushan City,which have low level of coupling and coordination between logistics industry and industrial development,are also six cities with low level of development in the Yangtze River Delta region.Therefore,policy support should be strengthened to facilitate the smooth development of the integration process in the Yangtze River Delta region.
