金葡素对行肥胖吸脂术后血清肿患者渗出液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察肥胖吸脂术后血清肿患者使用金葡素后对渗出液生化指标的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年12月收治的肥胖吸脂术后血清肿患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组各44例,其中对照组常规治疗+激素治疗,观察组常规治疗+金葡素治疗。观察两组患者治疗各时间段(7d、14d、27d)愈合情况及不同时间段(3d、7d、14d)渗出液比重,治疗前及治疗后7d总蛋白(Total Protein,TP)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(gamma-glutamyl transferase,GGT)、腺苷脱氨酶(EC:3.5.4.4 adenosine deaminase,ADA)、总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol,TC)含量,统计治疗期间不良反应及治疗3月后复发情况。结果观察组治疗后临床治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后渗出液比重高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后渗出液中TP、LDH、GGT、ADA、TC含量改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间及治疗后复发率均相当(P>0.05)。结论金葡素对行肥胖吸脂术后血清肿患者治疗效果较好,且在一定程度上改善渗出液中TP、LDH、GGT、ADA、TC含量,临床应用价值较高。Objective To observe the effects of staphylococcin on exudate biochemical indexes in seroma patients after obesity liposuction.Methods 88 seroma patients after obesity liposuction who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and hormone therapy.The observation group was given routine treatment and staphylococcin.The healing at different time period(7d,14d,27d),exudate ratio at different time periods(3d,7d,14d),contents of total protein(TP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT),EC:3.5.4.4 adenosine deaminase(ADA)and total cholesterol(TC)before treatment and at 7d after treatment in both groups were observed.The adverse reactions during treatment period and recurrence at 3 months after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,clinical cure rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and exudate ratio was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,improvement of TP,LDH,GGT,ADA and TC contents in exudate of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate during treatment period and after treatment was similar in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of staphylococcin is relatively better on seroma patients after obesity liposuction,and it can improve content ofs TP,LDH,GGT,ADA and TC in exudate to a certain extent,with relatively higher clinical application value.
