胶原蛋白敷料在二氧化碳点阵激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析胶原蛋白敷料在二氧化碳点阵激光治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取我院96例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者(2018年2月~2019年5月),将接受二氧化碳点阵激光治疗的47例作为对照组,将接受胶原蛋白敷料+二氧化碳点阵激光治疗的49例作为观察组,比较两组50%治疗效果时的治疗次数、临床症状改善情况(疼痛持续时间、红斑持续时间、结痂时间、痂皮完全脱落时间)、治疗前后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分差值。结果50%治疗效果时,观察组治疗次数较对照组少(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组疼痛持续时间、红斑持续时间、结痂时间、痂皮完全脱落时间较短(P<0.05);观察组治疗前、治疗4次后VSS评分差值较对照组大(P<0.05)。结论面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者接受胶原蛋白敷料+二氧化碳点阵激光治疗,能有效减少治疗次数,缩短临床症状改善时间,提高瘢痕治疗效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of collagen dressing in the treatment of depressed facial acne scar with carbon dioxide fractional laser.Methods A total of 96 patients with depressed facial acne scars in our hospital were selected retrospectively(from February 2018 to May 2019).47 cases receiving carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment were used as the control group,and 49 cases receiving collagen dressing+carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment were used as the observation group.Comparing the number of treatments and the improvement of clinical symptoms(pain duration,erythema duration,crusting time,time to complete scab shedding)at 50%treatment effect,and the difference between the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)scores before and after treatment between the two groups.Results When the treatment effect was 50%,the treatment frequency of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter pain duration,erythema duration,crusting time,and time for complete scab shedding(P<0.05);the difference in VSS scores of the observation group before treatment and after 4 treatments was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with depressed facial acne scars receiving collagen dressing+carbon dioxide fractional laser treatment can effectively reduce the number of treatments,shorten the time for improvement of clinical symptoms,and improve the effect of scar treatment.
