调Q开关1064nm激光治疗儿童及中年太田痣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察调Q开关1064nm激光治疗儿童及中年太田痣的临床效果和不良反应。方法选取2014年1月~2019年12月采用调Q开关1064nm激光治疗的116例女性太田痣患者(其中儿童组71例、中年组45例),回顾分析治疗后临床效果及不良反应。结果儿童组经过2~6次和6次以上治疗后痊愈率、显效率分别为97.18%、100%,中年组经过3~10次和10次以上治疗后痊愈率、显效率分别为88.89%、100%。经过5次治疗儿童组显效率达92.96%、中年组显效率只有2.22%,中年组经过9次治疗显效率才达93.33%;儿童组及中年组随着治疗次数的增加,治疗痊愈率与显效率随之增高。治疗后患者均出现局部疼痛、肿胀、渗血等常见不良反应。儿童组无一例出现色素脱失、色素沉着和瘢痕,中年组3例(占6.67%)出现色素沉着,3~6个月后自然恢复。结论:调Q开关1064nm激光治疗儿童及中年太田痣的临床效果明显、安全性高、副作用少,且治疗次数与疗效呈正相关;儿童太田痣治疗次数明显少于中年太田痣治疗次数,太田痣患者宜尽早治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Q-Switching 1064nm Laser on Nevus of Ota in children and middle age.Methods Altogether 116 female patients with nevus of Ota were treated with Q-switch 1064nm laser from January 2014 to December 2019 were selected(71 in children group and 45 in middle-aged group).The clinical effects and adverse reactions after treatment were analyzed retrospectively.Results After 2-6 or more sessions of the treatment,the children group,cure rate of 97.18%,significant efficiency was 100%.After 3-10 or more sessions of the treatment,the middle-aged group,cure rate of 88.89%,significant efficiency was 100%.After 5 sessions of treatment,the significant efficiency of the children group was 92.96%,but the middle-aged group was only 2.22%,and after 9 sessions of treatment,the significant efficiency of the middle-aged group was 93.33%.With the increase of treatment times,the cure rate and significant efficiency increased.Pain,errhysis and topical erythema were commonly reported after treatments.There was no depigmentation,hyperpigmentation and scarring in the children group,hyperpigmentation occurred in only 3 cases(6.67%)in the middle-aged group,which was resolved within 3-6 months.Conclusion Q-switching 1064nm laser appears to be remarkable,safe,reliable and less adverse reaction in treating Nevus of Ota in children and middle age.And the clinical efficacy was in direct proportion to treatment times.The treatment times of Nevus of Ota in children were significantly less than those of middle age,the patients should be treated as early as possible.
