摘　　要：目的探究氨甲环酸导入联合黄光治疗黄褐斑的疗效及对患者皮损状况的影响。方法将我院收治的62例黄褐斑患者纳入研究,将其随机均分为观察组(n=31)和对照组(n=31),观察组行多氨甲环酸导入联合黄光治疗,对照组行黄光治疗,比较两组治疗效果及治疗前后黄褐斑皮损面积疾病严重程度(MASI)表得分,观察两组用药安全性。结果观察组总有效率(83.87%)显著优于对照组(61.29%)(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组MASI得分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。两组安全性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨甲环酸联合黄光治疗黄褐斑能有效改善皮损情况,治疗效果佳,且安全性好。Objective To explore the curative effect of tranexamic acid introduction combined with yellow light on melasma and its influences on skin lesions.Methods A total of 62 melasma patients who were admitted to the hospital were included in the study.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31).The observation group was treated with polytranexamic acid introduction and yellow light,while control group was treated with yellow light.The curative effect,scores of melasma area severity index(MASI)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The medication safety in both groups was observed.Results The total response rate of observation group was significantly better than that of control group(83.87%vs 61.29%)(P<0.05).After treatment,MASI score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tranexamic acid combined with yellow light can effectively improve skin lesions in the treatment of melasma,with good curative effect and high safety.
