雷火灸、针刺结合治疗对女性黄褐斑患者皮损及实验室检查相关指标影响

摘　　要：目的分析对女性黄褐斑患者应用雷火灸、针刺结合治疗的临床价值及对其皮损与实验室检查相关指标的影响。方法抽选于2017年12月-2019年12月期间我院共收治的女性黄褐斑患者100例,根据双盲法均分为两组,即对照组、研究组,各50例。对照组接受常规西医干预,研究组接受雷火灸、针刺结合治疗。评价及对比两组的皮损恢复程度、临床疗效、激素水平、血清应激指标水平。结果研究组的皮损颜色积分、皮损面积积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组的孕激素水平、雌激素水平均明显改善(P<0.05);研究组的丙二醛低于对照组、超氧化物歧化酶高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对女性黄褐斑患者应用雷火灸、针刺结合治疗,疗效更为显著,可促使皮损恢复正常,有效调节激素水平,缓解应激状态,是一种理想的治疗方案,值得临床开展。Objective To analyze the effect of moxibustion combined with Moxibustion on skin lesions and clinical application of moxibustion.Methods 100 cases of female chloasma patients in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the double-blind method,namely the control group and the study group,50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine intervention,and the study group received thunder fire moxibustion and acupuncture combined treatment.The recovery degree of skin lesions,clinical curative effect,hormone level and serum stress index were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results The skin lesion color integral and lesion area integral of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the progesterone level and estrogen level of the study group were significantly improved(P<0.05);the malondialdehyde of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the superoxide dismutase was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of female chloasma has more significant curative effect,which can promote the skin lesions to return to normal,effectively regulate the hormone level and relieve the stress state.It is an ideal treatment scheme,which is worthy of clinical development.
