摘　　要：结合吉利汽车杭州湾公司的实际生产情况,总结实际生产中的工作经验,重点介绍了如何从油漆、涂装工艺及喷涂设备等方面解决漆膜橘皮的问题,并就一些常用方法进行了分析和讨论.The work experience in actual production was summarized,how to solve the problem of orange peel of the paint film from the aspects of paint,painting process and spraying equipment was introduced,and some common methods are analyzed and discussed.
