摘 要:为研究山东省玉米、豆粕、棉籽粕的常规概略养分含量分布及其对鸡的代谢能值,对采自山东省13个市(区)的玉米、豆粕、棉籽粕共84份样品,测定其常规概略养分含量分布情况,并估测鸡表观代谢能(AME)。结果显示:山东省玉米水分含量为10.50%~12.40%,粗蛋白7.98%~9.03%,粗脂肪2.84%~4.19%,粗纤维1.91%~2.18%,粗灰分1.18%~1.57%,无氮浸出物73.72%~75.87%;豆粕水分含量为7.98%~10.69%,粗蛋白45.95%~51.72%,粗脂肪0.70%~1.74%,粗纤维3.61%~5.46%,粗灰分6.00%~6.31%,无氮浸出物29.72%~33.40%;棉籽粕水分含量为8.81%~9.91%,粗蛋白35.85%~50.14%,粗脂肪0.74%~2.96%,粗纤维10.12%~17.71%,粗灰分5.67%~7.02%,无氮浸出物24.27%~32.88%;且同种饲料原料常规概略养分含量在山东省不同地区间差异显著(P<0.05);同时,估测的山东省玉米、豆粕、棉籽粕鸡AME分别为14.71、10.57和7.02 MJ/kg。研究提示应根据调查结果,加强山东省现有饲料资源有效利用,为山东省鸡精准饲喂养殖模式的建立奠定基础。In order to study the distribution of the conventional rough nutrient content of corn, soybean meal and cottonseed meal from Shandong province and their metabolic energy value for chickens, 84 samples of corn, soybean meal and cottonseed meal from 13 cities(districts) in Shandong province were collected to determine the general nutrient content distribution and estimate the apparent metabolizable energy(AME) of chickens. The results showed that the moisture content of corn in Shandong province was 10.50% to 12.40%, crude protein 7.98% to 9.03%, crude fat 2.84% to 4.19%, crude fiber 1.91% to 2.18%, crude ash 1.18% to 1.57%, and nitrogen-free extract 73.72% to 75.87%;The moisture content of soybean meal was 7.98% to 10.69%, crude protein 45.95% to 51.72%, crude fat 0.70% to 1.74%, crude fiber 3.61% to 5.46%, crude ash 6.00% to 6.31%, and nitrogen-free extract 29.72% to33.40%;the moisture content of cottonseed meal was 8.81% to 9.91%, crude protein 35.85% to 50.14%, crude fat 0.74% to 2.96%, crude fiber 10.12% to 17.71%, crude ash 5.67% to 7.02%, and nitrogen-free extract 24.27% to 32.88%. There was significant difference in the general nutrient content of the same feedstuff in different areas of Shandong province(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the AME of corn, soybean meal and cottonseed meal in Shandong province was estimated to be 14.71, 10.57 and 7.02 MJ/kg, respectively. These results laid a foundation for the establishment of precise chicken feeding and breeding model in Shandong province.
