摘 要:为研究笼养和栖架舍饲散养对产蛋前期蛋鸡健康水平及福利状况的影响,对蛋鸡发病率、死淘率、外观、步态、行为等指标进行检测,试验选取1200只18周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,分为对照组和试验组,每组600只,分别进行笼养及栖架舍饲散养,预试期1周,正试期21周。结果表明:栖架舍饲散养比笼养蛋鸡发病率和死淘率分别降低50.2%、84.5%,蛋鸡外观和步态评分分别降低29.5%和35.4%(P<0.05);栖架舍饲散养模式下,蛋鸡休息,梳羽,舒展行为发生频次增加35.3%、39.3%,62.9%(P<0.05),异常行为发生频次降低91.5%(P<0.05),站立、行走﹑梳羽、舒展平均持续时间增加26.2%、102.4%、100.4%、74.6%(P<0.05),异常行为平均持续时间降低73.8%。研究表明:栖架舍饲散养相比笼养可以提高蛋鸡健康水平,改善蛋鸡福利状况。This paper investigated the effects of cage and cage-free systems on physiology and welfare of laying hens at early stage of laying. A total of 1 200 Hy-Line Brown hens at 18 weeks of age were evenly divided into two groups: cage(control) and cage-free(experimental). All laying hens were reared for 21 weeks after one week of adaption.The results showed that the morbidity and mortality of hens in cage-free system was 50.2% and 84.5% lower than cage system, respectively. The semblance and gait score of hens in cage-free system was 9.5% and 35.4% lower than cage system, respectively(P<0.05). The frequency of resting, preening, and stretching of laying hens reared in cage-free system increased 35.3%, 39.3% and 62.9%(P<0.05), respectively, while the frequency of abnormal behaviors decreased 91.5% compared with cage system(P<0.05). The averaged lasting time of walking, standing, preening, and stretching of laying hens in cage-free system increased 26.2%, 102.4%, 100.4% and 74.6%(P<0.05), respectively, while the averaged lasting time of abnormal behaviors decreased 73.8% compared with cage system. It could be concluded that cagefree system could improve both physiological and welfare conditions of laying hens.
