摘 要:为了研究不同养殖模式对15~90日龄嘉积鸭生产性能的影响,试验采用单因素方差分析的方法对比了传统饲料+放养(传+放)、传统饲料+网床饲养(传+网)、商业饲料+网床饲养(商+网)、自制饲料+网床饲养(自+网)等4种模式下嘉积鸭的生产性能。结果显示:①除胸深和胫围外,饲养模式对公鸭其余各生长性状指标的影响均达到了显著程度(P<0.05);饲养模式对母鸭体尺体重的影响与公鸭具有相似的趋势,但只有自+网模式下活体重和半潜水长显著高于其它3组(P<0.05);2自+网模式下公母鸭活体重均显著大于传+放和传+网(P<0.05);自+网模式下母鸭皮脂率显著高于商+网(P<0.05),与传+放和传+网差异不显著(P>0.05);③传+放15~70日龄饲料转化比显著大于传+网(P<0.05),极显著大于商+网和自+网(P<0.01);传+放和传+网70~90日龄饲料转化比显著大于商+网和自+网(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,自+网模式能够提高嘉积鸭体尺体重、改善屠宰性能指标并降低饲料转化比,是本试验研究的4种模式中最优的饲养模式。To study the effects of feeding modes on the production performances of Jiaji ducks at 15 to 90 days of age, the production performances of Jiaji ducks under four modes were compared by using one-way ANOVA method.Four modes included traditional feed+stocking mode(T+S), traditional feed+net bed feeding mode(T+N), commercial feed+net bed feeding mode(C+N), and homemade feed+net bed Feeding mode(H+N). The results showed that: ① The effects of modes on growth traits of male Jiaji ducks were significant(P<0.05) excepting chest depth and shin circumference.For female Jiaji ducks, the trend was similar with male ducks, but the body weight and half dive length of ducks in H+N were significantly longer than the other three groups(P<0.05). ② The body weights of male and female ducks in H+N were significant(P<0.05)higher than that in T+S and T+N. The sebum ratio of female ducks in H+N was significant higher than that in C+N(P<0.05), while was not significant comparing with T+S and T+N. ③ The ratio of feed to gainfor Jiaji ducks of 15 to 70 days in T+S was significantly higher than that in H+N(P<0.05) and extremely higher than that in C+N and H+N(P<0.01). The ratio of feed to gain for Jiaji ducks of 70 to 90 days in T+S and H+N were significantly higher than that in C+N and H+N(P<0.05). In conclusion, duck in H+N had higher body sizes and body weight, better slaughter performances and lower ratio of feed to gain comparing to ducks in the other three modes. Therefore, H+N is the most suitable mode for raising Jiaji ducks.
