摘 要:目的探讨基于镜像视觉反馈疗法(MVF)的康复训练对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年9月到2019年7月在威海市立医院康复科老年脑卒中偏瘫患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例,对照组给予常规康复训练,试验组给予基于镜像视觉反馈的康复训练,比较两组治疗前后MAS、FMA、SF-36得分情况。结果两组治疗后上肢(患侧臂的旋前、肘屈肌群)及下肢(患侧髋的屈、伸肌群)MAS评分、上肢及下肢FMA评分均较治疗前有所改善,并且试验组上肢(患侧臂的旋前、肘屈肌群)及下肢(患侧髋的屈、伸肌群)MAS评分、上肢及下肢FMA评分较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗2、4周后SF-36评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于MVF的康复训练可改善偏瘫患者运动功能及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation training based on mirror visual feedback(MVF)on motor function and quality of life in elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 90 elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia in the rehabilitation department of Weihai Municipal Hospital from September 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the experimental group received rehabilitation training based on MVF.The scores of MAS,FMA and SF-36 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,MAS scores of upper limbs(pronator and elbow flexor muscles of the affected arm)and lower limbs(flexor and extensor muscles of the affected hip),and FMA scores of upper and lower limbs in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the above scores in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SF-36 score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training based on MVF can improve motor function and quality of life of patients with hemiplegia.
