药物灸治疗上肢骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨药物灸治疗上肢骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2018年11月至2020年3月于南充市中医医院收治的上肢骨折术后住院患者174例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组87例,对照组给予常规康复训练治疗,试验组在对照组治疗基础上加药物灸治疗;两组均以15 d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果两组在中医证候评分、肘关节功能评分系统(MEPS)评分、上肢运动功能(FMA)评分、日常生活能力评分(Barthel指数)、肘关节活动度方面与治疗前相比均有不同程度改善,且试验组的改善程度更明显(P<0.05);经治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用药物灸联合常规康复训练治疗上肢骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的临床应用疗效明显。Objective To explore the clinical effect of medicinal moxibustion on elbow joint dysfunction after upper limb fracture surgery.Methods A total of 174 patients hospitalized after upper limb fracture surgery in Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the experimental group(n=87)and the control group(n=87)according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation training for treatment,while the experimental group was treated with medicinal moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.One course of treatment lasted for 15d and each group received a total of 3 courses of treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the two groups showed different degrees of improvement in TCM syndrome score,elbow joint function scoring system(MEPS)score,upper limb motor function(FMA)score,daily living ability score(Barthel index),and elbow joint range of motion,and the improvement was more significant in the experimental group(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of medicinal moxibustion combined with conventional rehabilitation training has a significant effect on elbow joint dysfunction after upper limb fracture surgery.
