摘　　要：目的探讨体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)护理在心脏外科术后低心排综合征(LCOS)的应用与护理。方法选取2015年1月至2019年4月就诊于空军军医大学第一附属医院心脏外科出现术后LCOS无法脱离体外循环的患者51例为研究对象,回顾性分析患者的转归情况、相关并发症、体外循环时间、呼吸机使用时间和ECMO支持时间,并总结分析对这类患者的护理经验。结果33例(64.71%)患者成功脱机ECMO,其中15例康复出院,18例脱机后因并发症死亡,18例未能脱机ECMO。术后出血量是影响ECMO脱机预后的独立危险因素。结论掌握ECMO带机参数、并发症的观察和医疗与护理团队的配合是确保成功救治患者的关键。Objective To explore the application and nursing of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)in low cardiac output syndrome(LCOS)after cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 51 patients with LCOS in the cardiac surgery department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from January 2015 to April 2019 were selected.Patients'data including prognosis,related complications,duration of extracorporeal circulation,duration of the use of mechanical ventilation and ECMO were collected and retrospectively analyzed.And nursing experience of these patients was summarized and analyzed.Results 33 patients(64.71%)were successfully weaned from ECMO,15 of whom recovered and were discharged,and 18 of whom died of complications after weaning.18 patients failed to be weaned from ECMO.Postoperative blood loss was an independent risk factor for the prognosis of ECMO weaning.Conclusion Mastering the parameters of ECMO,monitoring relative complications and cooperation with medical and nursing teams are the key factors for successful treatment of patients.
