摘 要:为改变骨科门诊候诊现状,整合资源,优化就诊环境,改善患者就诊体验,本研究分析了2014-2019年四川大学华西医院骨科就诊人数的总体变化趋势,并分析产生该趋势的原因。骨科门诊积极采取有效措施,结合每个时段、每天候诊人数及患者满意度的变化趋势进行分析。结果发现,2017年以来骨科门诊候诊效率提高,门诊量也逐步增加。因此,倡导分级诊疗、分时段就诊、网上挂号、情绪管理等措施,可以优化门诊服务流程,提高患者满意度。To change the status quo of orthopedic outpatient waiting list,integrate resources,optimize the medical environment,and improve the medical experience.By analyzing the overall change trend of the number of orthopaedic outpatients in West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2014 to 2019,the reasons for the trend were analyzed.The orthopaedic outpatient department took active and effective measures to analyze the trend of changes in the number of patients waiting for each period,each day,and patient satisfaction.The efficiency of out-patient waiting was improved,and the number of orthopaedic out-patients gradually increased.By advocating measures such as hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,visiting at the appointed time,online registration,and emotional management,the outpatient service process can be optimized and patient satisfaction can be improved.
