摘　　要：目的了解援鄂护士对新冠肺炎患者死亡事件真实体验,为护理人员提供心理干预。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,利用目的抽样法对援鄂医疗队中15名护理人员进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步法进行资料分析。结果综合为3个整合主题结果,经过资料分析,提炼出3个主题,分别是:面对患者死亡的心理冲击、相关知识技能的需求、职业价值观的转变。结论经历患者死亡事件的护士身心俱疲,“正负情绪”同在,护理管理者应重视援鄂护士的心理压力,建立倾诉互动平台,提高护士应对能力和工作积极性。此外,需提高护理人员应对突发公共卫生事件的应急能力,进一步优化培训方案,同时结合此次疫情的“榜样教育”提高护理人员职业价值观。Objective To understand the nurses'experience of novel coronavirus pneumonia patients'death and provide the basis for their psychological intervention.Methods The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 15 nurses in Hubei medical team by objective sampling method,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step method.Results Three integration themes were synthesized.After data analysis,the three themes including the psychological impact of patients'death,the needs of related knowledge and skills,and the change of outlook on professional values were extracted.Conclusion The nurses who have experienced death events are physically and mentally exhausted,and positive and negative emotions coexist.Nursing managers should pay attention to the psychological pressure of nurses in Hubei Province,establish an interactive platform of pouring out,and improve their coping ability and work enthusiasm.In addition,it is necessary to improve the emergency response ability of nursing staff in response to public health emergencies,further optimize the training program,and combine with the“model education”of the epidemic situation to improve the professional values of nursing staff.
