摘　　要：目的根据医院手术室信息化升级过程中网络建设存在的实际问题,探讨基于5G无线通信技术、保障医疗数据安全的整体解决方案。方法利用5G"微基站"设备进行灵活组网,尽可能减少网络施工动作对手术室正常业务工作的影响;利用5G终端连接、边缘智能服务和虚拟化网络核心等技术实现医疗数据安全保障,为智慧手术室建设提供全覆盖的网络服务保障。结果与结论通过对医院手术室实际环境的调研和5G技术特性的分析得出:5G无线通信技术可满足手术室无线网络信号稳定全覆盖、数据交互安全、核心网络融合等多个方面的要求。Objective To propose an overall solution based on 5 G technology and to ensure medical data security according to the actual problems existing in the network implementation of the hospital’s current operating room information construction.Methods 5 G"micro base station"equipment for flexible networking was used to minimize the impact of network construction on the normal business work of the operating room.5 G terminal connections,edge intelligent services,and virtual network core technologies were used to guarantee the security of medical data and the full coverage of network in the wisdom operating room.Results and Conclusion Through the investigation of the actual environment of the hospital operating room and the analysis of the characteristics of 5 G technology,it is concluded that the current 5 G wireless communication technology can meet the requirements of operating room for stable signal,full coverage,safe data interaction and core network integration.
