摘　　要：目的在"互联网+医疗健康"应用背景下,着力解决医院精准导医过程中的多样化消息交互问题,构建多业务场景信息收发平台。方法采用软件工程学方法对信息收发的多种业务场景进行需求分析与整体设计,基于微信、支付宝、院内APP、互联网APP和短信平台等,实现多业务场景、多推送形式数据接口的统一整合,为精准导医开放平台建设提供有力的技术支撑。结果实现多业务场景间的规范化交互,满足消息推送个性化及可定制需求,实现医院开放开台的统一消息推送能力,确保推送消息的可查询、可追踪、可分析。结论多业务场景信息收发平台的应用,解决原有信息平台推送方式单一、各子系统孤立运行、对医疗服务支持性差、个性化定制难等诸多问题,对各类医院信息交互平台构建有推广价值。Objective To solve the problem of diverse message interaction in the process of precise guided medical treatment in the context of internet plus medical health application,and to construct a multi-service scene information transceiver platform.Methods The software engineering method was used to analyze the demand and the overall design of various business scenarios of information transmission.Based on WeChat,Alipay,hospital APP,Internet APP and short message platform,the unified integration of multi business scenarios and multi push form data interfaces was realized,which provided powerful technical support for the construction of precision medical opening platform.Results Standardized interaction among multiple business scenarios was realized to meet the personalized and customizable requirements of message push,and the unified message push ability of hospital opening channel was realized to ensure that the push message could be queried,tracked and analyzed.Conclusion The application of multi-business scenario information receiving and sending platform solves many problems such as single push mode of the original information platform,isolated operation of each subsystem,poor support for medical services,difficulty in personalized customization,etc.,which is valuable for the construction of various hospital information interaction platforms.
