摘　　要：目的构建合理、规范且符合门诊实际情况的护理管理质量评价体系。方法通过查阅相关政策及文献,以Donabedian主张的结构—过程—结果三维质量评价模式为理论基础,拟定门诊护理管理质量评价体系初步框架,通过两轮德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法对门诊管理内容体系框架进行修订及完善。结果筛选出15位符合纳入标准的专家进行函询,两轮专家积极系数分别为100%、100%;专家权威程度分别为0.81、0.80;第1轮专家咨询中一、二、三级指标的协调系数(W)分别为0.505、0.254、0.252,第2轮专家咨询一、二、三级指标的权重分别为0.513、0.494、0.461(P<0.05);最终形成6项一级指标、10项二级指标、77项三级指标构成门诊护理管理评价体系。结论采用德尔菲专家咨询法合理构建门诊护理管理质量评价体系,对门诊护理管理工作提出明确的要求和质量标准,为评价和持续改进门诊质量提供量化依据。Objective To construct a reasonable and standard nursing management quality evaluation system in line with the actual situation of outpatient service.Methods Through consulting relevant policies and literature,based on the theoretical basis of the three-dimensional quality evaluation model of the structural process results advocated by Donabedian,the preliminary framework of the quality evaluation system of outpatient nursing management was formulated,and the content system framework of outpatient management was revised and improved through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results 15 experts who meet the inclusion criteria for letter consultation were selected.The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were 100%and 100%respectively.The degree of expert authority was 0.81 and 0.80,respectively.The coordination coefficient(W)of the first two or three levels of expert consultation was 0.505,0.254 and 0.252,and the W of the second two levels of expert consultation was 0.513,0.494 and 0.461(P<0.05).The evaluation system of outpatient nursing management was finally formed with 6 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 77 third-level indicators.Conclusion The quality evaluation system of outpatient care management is constructed by Delphi expert consulting method,and the explicit requirements and quality standards for outpatient care management are put forward to provide quantitative basis for evaluation and continuous improvement of outpatient care quality.
