摘　　要：概述中医中药在辅助生殖技术领域中的应用,包括提高卵子质量及卵巢储备功能、提高子宫内膜容受性方面、对黄体支持的作用、在治疗辅助生殖技术并发症方面以及男科学领域中的应用。总结中医药应用优势和经验,提出目前存在的问题如缺乏多中心大样本的实验研究;治疗方式以个人验方或复方为主,难以重复性实验及临床推广;缺乏对机制进行深入研究与探讨。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is used in the field of assisted reproductive technology to improve egg quality and ovarian reserves, enhanceendometrial receptivity, exert luteal support, treat reproductive complications, and treatandrology problems. Herein, we summarized the use of TCM in assisted reproductive technology, and discussed the current advantages and problems. The problems included the lack of multi-center experimental studies with large sample sizes,therapeutic method mainly based on empirical prescriptions or compounds, difficulty in repeating results and promoting TCM in clinical practice, and lack of in-depth research and discussion of mechanisms.
