一指禅推法配合冯氏捏脊治疗先天性肌性斜颈的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察一指禅推法配合冯氏捏脊治疗先天性肌性斜颈的疗效。方法回顾30例传统手法治疗的先天性肌性斜颈患儿为对照组,重新收集30例先天性肌性斜颈患儿进行一指禅推法配合冯氏捏脊探索性治疗,共2个疗程,观察治疗前后症状变化,通过超声测量治疗前后两次受累胸锁乳突肌厚度变化及双侧胸锁乳突肌厚度差值变化。结果经过2个疗程治疗,治疗组治愈14例,好转15例,无效1例,总有效率为97%(29/30),对照组治愈4例、好转19例、无效1例,总有效率77%(23/30),两组治愈及有效例数差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组胸锁乳突肌厚度(9.64±3.39)mm小于对照组(11.06±2.12)mm,差值具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一指禅推法配合冯氏捏脊治疗疗效确切,可视化超声作为本病的评价疗效手段优势显著,均值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of one-finger massage combined with FENG’s chiropractic for congenital muscular torticollis. Methods Thirty children with congenital muscular torticollis treated with traditional method were put into a control group. Thirty children with congenital muscular torticollis treated with one-finger to massage combined with FENG’s chiropractic were put into a treatment group. Both were treated for 2 courses. We observed the improvement of children’s symptoms before and after treatment, and measured the thickness of the affected sternocleidomastoid and the difference in thickness of bilateral sternocleidomastoid muscles by ultrasound. Results After 2 courses, in the treatment group 14 children were cured, 15 improved and 1 was ineffective. The total effective rate was 97%(27/30). In the control group, 4 children were cured, 19 improved and 7 was ineffective. The total effective rate was 77%(23/30). Both the effects of treatment group were obviously better than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the thickness of affected sternocleidomastoid [(9.64±3.39)mm] in the treatment group was less than that of the control group[(11.06±2.12)mm](P<0.05). Conclusion One-finger massage combined with FENG’s chiropractic has a definite effect. Visual ultrasound has significant advantages to evaluate this disease, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
