摘 要:细胞的代谢异常与肿瘤的发生发展、复发、转移和预后密切相关,近几年的国内外相关研究表明,细胞的异常脂质代谢在肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用,脂肪的异常代谢与肿瘤发生发展互为因果,细胞的异常脂质代谢能够促进肿瘤的发生发展,反之,肿瘤的进展也会影响细胞的脂质代谢。尽管目前国内相关的实验和临床研究报道还较少,但脂质代谢与肿瘤之间相互作用的相关研究正在越来越受到关注,相关研究表明,脂质代谢异常过程中相关基因的异常表达、信号通路及相关细胞因子的失调与肿瘤的恶性表型有关,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用,包括肿瘤的复发、转移和治疗的抵抗性。脂质代谢的异常被证实与多种恶性肿瘤有关,如前列腺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、黑色素瘤等。因此,对恶性肿瘤细胞脂质代谢的有效调控有望成为未来肿瘤治疗的新靶点,然而脂质代谢如何调节肿瘤的发生发展过程,仍然需要长期、大量的研究和探索。Abnormal metabolism of cells is closely related to the occurrence, development, recurrence, metastasis and prognosis of tumors. In the past long time, abnormal glucose metabolism has been considered to be particularly prominent in abnormal metabolism of tumors. Therefore, research on glucose metabolism has been widely carried out and widely accepted. However, recent studies at home and abroad have shown that abnormal lipid metabolism of cells also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. Abnormal lipid metabolism and tumorigenesis and development are mutually causal. Abnormal lipid metabolism of cells can promote the occurrence and development of tumors. On the contrary, the progress of tumors can also affect cells lipid metabolism. Although there are few reports on experimental and clinical studies in China, more and more attention has been paid to the interaction between lipid metabolism and tumors. Studies have shown abnormal gene expression, signal pathway and cytokine imbalance in the process of abnormal lipid metabolism and malignant phenotype of tumors. It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors, including recurrence, metastasis and resistance to treatment. Abnormal lipid metabolism has been proved to be associated with a variety of malignant tumors, such as prostate cancer, liver cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, melanoma and so on. Therefore, effective regulation of lipid metabolism in malignant tumor cells is expected to become a new target for cancer treatment in the future. However, how lipid metabolism regulates the occurrence and development of tumors still needs long-term and extensive research and exploration.
