糖尿病患者血清胰岛素、性激素与脂质变化的关系

摘　　要：目的分析非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者血清胰岛素、性激素以及脂质变化之间的相关性。方法选取该院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的150例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其归为观察组,再选取同时期该院50名健康体检者为研究对象,归为对照组,两组研究对象均测定空腹血糖(FBG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FINs)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平,对比两组测定值的差异性,探究性激素和FBG、FINs、TC、TG与HDL-C之间的相关性。结果观察组男性与女性患者T和TG之间呈现为负相关性,和HDL-C之间呈现为正相关性(r=-0.289、-0.555、0.448、0.368,P<0.01);E2和HDL-C、TC之间呈现为负相关性,和FINs、FBG之间呈现为正相关性(r=-0.524、-0.185、-0.319、-0.306、0.352、0.388、0.345、0.360,P<0.01);E2/T和HDL-C、TC之间呈现为负相关性,和TG、FINs、FBG之间呈现为正相关性(r=-0.553、-0.612、-0.495、-0.448、0.357、0.374、0.228、0.399、0.469、0.457,P<0.01)。结论非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者体内存在胰岛素抵抗、脂代谢紊乱与性激素失调情况,且性激素水平和血清胰岛素、脂质之间存在明显相关性。Objective To analyze the correlation between changes in serum insulin,sex hormones and lipids in patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes.Methods A total of 150 patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were classified into the observation group,and 50 healthy physical examination patients in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,both groups of subjects measured fasting blood glucose(FBG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),fasting insulin(FINs),and testosterone(T),Estradiol(E2)levels,compared the differences between the two groups of measured values,explored the correlation between sex hormones and FBG,FINs,TC,TG and HDL-C.Results There was a negative correlation between T and TG in male and female patients in the observation group,and a positive correlation with HDL-C(r=-0.289,-0.555,0.448,0.368,P<0.01);there was a negative correlation between E2 and HDL-C and TC,and a positive correlation with FINs and FBG(r=-0.524,-0.185,-0.319,-0.306,0.352,0.388,0.345,0.360,P<0.01);E2/T had a negative correlation with HDL-C and TC,and a positive correlation with TG,FINs,and FBG(r=-0.553,-0.612,-0.495,-0.448,0.357,0.374,0.228,0.399,0.469,0.457,P<0.01).Conclusion Patients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus have insulin resistance,lipid metabolism disorder and sex hormone imbalance,and there is a significant correlation between sex hormone levels and serum insulin and lipids.
