探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉所致的异常子宫出血的疗效及临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析宫腔镜电切术在子宫内膜息肉所致异常子宫出血的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月—2020年1月期间前来就诊治疗的子宫内膜息肉所致异常子宫出血患者共105例为研究对象,结合手术方案分为传统组、电切组,分析两组患者手术相关指标、手术前后月经量、血红蛋白、子宫内膜厚度以及并发症发生率、复发率、受孕率、临床有效率。结果电切组手术各个指标均与传统组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电切组术后月经量、血红蛋白与子宫内膜厚度均较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);电切组并发症发生率为1.92%、复发率为0.00%、受孕率为92.31%、临床有效率为96.15%,传统组并发症发生率为15.09%、复发率为11.32%、受孕率为75.47%、临床有效率为83.02%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.251、4.319、5.483、4.828,P<0.05)。结论针对子宫内膜息肉所致异常子宫出血患者选择宫腔镜电切术获得的临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 105 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps who came for treatment between January 2016 and January 2020 were selected as the research object,combined with the surgical plan,the patients were divided into traditional group and electric resection group,and the clinical curative effects of two groups of patients were analyzed,such as surgery-related indicators,menstrual volume before and after surgery,hemoglobin,and endometrial thickness.and the complication rate,recurrence rate,conception rate,clinical effectiveness.Results Compared with the traditional group,all the surgical indicators of the electrosurgical group were statistically significantly different(P<0.05);the menstrual volume,hemoglobin,and endometrial thickness in the electrosurgical group were significantly improved after the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The complication rate in the electrosurgical group was 1.92%,the recurrence rate was 0.00%,the pregnancy rate was 92.31%,the clinical effective rate was 96.15%,the complication rate in the traditional group was 15.09%,and the recurrence rate was 11.32%,The conception rate was 75.47%,the clinical effective rate was 83.02%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.251,4.319,5.483,4.828,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of hysteroscopic resection in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by endometrial polyps is remarkable.
